Our matcha subscription is designed to make your daily ritual simple and consistent.

Choose between, monthly delivery or delivery every 2 months.

Subscribers receive a refill pouch of our ceremonial grade Kyoto matcha delivered automatically on their selected schedule.

Billing

You will be charged automatically based on your selected subscription frequency (monthly or every 2 months).

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.
Managing your subscription

You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
Shipping

Subscription orders are processed within 2–4 working days after each renewal payment.

Shipping times may vary depending on location.
Cancellations

There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date.
Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened matcha products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
